What we collect about you
- Nothing personal. We do not collect or store your IP address, and the site keeps no access logs.
- No accounts, no tracking cookies. Your theme choice (light or dark) is stored in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.
- The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to serve it and counts page views with its cookie-less Web Analytics, under Cloudflare's privacy policy.
- Page views are also counted by Umami, an open-source analytics tool we host ourselves at umami.fanghosting.com. It sets no cookies, stores no IP addresses and no personal data; it only records which pages are viewed, the referrer, browser type and country, and tells visitors apart with an anonymous hash that changes every day. Nothing is shared with third parties.
- Chart and map libraries are loaded from cdnjs.cloudflare.com and cdn.jsdelivr.net, and game artwork from Steam's image CDN; those requests are subject to the respective providers' privacy policies.
What we collect about game servers
Game servers list themselves publicly (Steam, Cfx.re, Pocketpair and a community Minecraft scan). For each listed server we keep what that list publishes about it (address, name, map, player count, version, tags) for up to 30 days, and its hourly player count for up to 62 days. Statistics on the main pages are aggregated per network and per game.
Once a day we also ask servers directly for the public information they publish to every server browser (Steam's A2S query: description, settings, plugins and mods). These queries come from a dedicated server of ours, at a gentle rate, once per server. We do not ask for or store the names of players. Contact addresses that some servers publish are not shown.
Server owners who want their server left out can contact us (below) and we will remove it.
